Role Summary
Chair or actively serve on the board's audit committee. Review internal audit reports and external auditor findings and monitor management's corrective actions. Ensure that all financial statements comply with IFRS or applicable GAAP standards. Oversee the effectiveness of whistleblower mechanisms and protect reporting individuals. Review the group's tax filings, transfer pricing documentation, and regulatory submissions. Recommend improvements to internal controls and financial governance processes.
