Job Description
Founded the group and leads overall corporate strategy, innovation direction, and stakeholder relations. Drives expansion into new water treatment markets and technologies.
Role Summary
Define and communicate the group's vision, mission, and strategic priorities. Lead all fundraising activities, including equity, debt, and project finance. Cultivate relationships with institutional investors, banks, and development finance institutions. Champion R&D and adoption of emerging Wastewater & Water Treatment Technologies. Serve as the ultimate decision-maker for major capital allocations and strategic pivots. Ensure full compliance with all legal, regulatory, and ethical standards across the group.
