Job Description
Oversees strategic partnerships, corporate governance, and long-term vision for the group's water treatment and services portfolio. Co-leads executive decision-making alongside the Founder & CEO.
Role Summary
Lead the development of corporate strategy and governance frameworks. Identify and evaluate strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and M&A targets. Co-chair Executive Committee meetings and board sessions. Represent the group to government entities, regulators, and industry bodies. Ensure that all business units align with the group's long-term vision and mission. Drive performance monitoring through balanced scorecards and strategic KPIs.
