Job Description
Participates in board-level governance, risk oversight, and policy formulation. Provides guidance on major capital allocations and regulatory compliance with water services.
Role Summary
Serve as a voting member of the board of directors. Review and approve capital expenditure proposals above defined thresholds. Establish and monitor the enterprise risk management (ERM) framework, including financial, operational, and reputational risks. Ensure the group complies with all water quality, environmental, and labor regulations in every operating jurisdiction. Participate actively in audit, risk, and compensation committees. Provide objective, independent judgment on major strategic decisions, including expansions, acquisitions, and partnerships.
