Job Description

Supports executive leadership in daily operations, project execution, and cross-departmental coordination. Ensures alignment between strategic goals and operational delivery.

Role Summary

Translate strategic goals into actionable operational plans. Oversee the execution of major water treatment projects from initiation to completion. Track operational KPIs and report to the CEO and Co-President. Facilitate communication between technical, commercial, and finance departments. Prepare board decks, investor updates, and internal performance dashboards. Proactively identify process inefficiencies and lead improvement initiatives.
